DR. RONEY’S FOREVER YOUNG LONGEVITY PROGRAM

What is Longevity?

Longevity isn’t just about living longer—it’s about enhancing your healthspan, the period of life spent in optimal health. It’s about preventing and healing diseases, improving quality of life, and ensuring every year is vibrant and functional.

Our approach addresses why so many people’s biological age (how their cells function) exceeds their chronological age (years lived). For example, Bob might be 50 years old by birthdate but function like a 65-year-old, determined by genetic testing, due to poor lifestyle choices, toxic exposure, and genetic vulnerabilities. These factors accelerate aging and increase risks for chronic diseases like cancer, heart disease, and diabetes.

Key Concerns:

  • The average American lives to 79 but experiences poor health by age 48, according to WHO.
  • The U.S. ranks among the unhealthiest industrialized nations, despite spending trillions on healthcare.
  • Medications often manage symptoms without addressing root causes, creating lifelong dependency.

What Causes Aging and Disease?

The root causes of aging and disease stem from cellular damage, especially to DNA and mitochondria. This damage results from oxidative stress, which is like rust forming inside your body.

Here’s how the cycle works:

  • Oxidative Stress produces free radicals, damaging cells.
  • Inflammation worsens oxidative stress, often caused by:
    • Genetic predispositions
    • Poor diet and gut health
    • Stress (emotional, chemical, physical)
    • Toxins, heavy metals, and infections
    • Hormonal imbalances and EMF exposure

When damage to the DNA and Mitochondria occurs via too much oxidative stress and inflammation, the following negative consequences occur within the cell. If we understand these, we can counteract them. The 5 Step Plan below will detail how to do this.

  1. Depletion of ATP – This is how the cell produces energy for us to use, leading to fatigue.
  2. Decreased Cell Communication
  3. Decreased Oxygen
  4. Increased Acidity – Caused by increased lactic acid.
  5. Cell Membrane Damage
  6. Protein Misfolding
  7. Decreased Voltage of the Cell
  8. Decreased Cellular Vitamins and Minerals
  9. Longevity Genes and Pathways – Damage to these genes impacts longevity.

  • a. mTOR Gene - Master controller and driver of cell growth. When you lift weights, and eat a lot of animal protein, MTOR helps you build muscle mass. However, it can turn off longevity genes. Also, heavy animal protein can increase amino acids methionine and branch chain aminos which in turn will increase IGF-1 and insulin. Both hormones promote the MTOR pathway, which suppress longevity genes.  As with anything, balance is the key.

  • b. Reduced or Inhibited Sirtuins - A family of proteins that regulate metabolic pathways. They promote longevity genes by working like an on and off switch.

  • c. Reduced or Inhibited AMPK -Master switch to your metabolism and are enzymes that influence insulin sensitivity and glucose uptake

  • d. Reduced or Inhibited Apoptosis - Programmed cell death designed to stop damaged cells

  • e. Reduced Mitophagy - cleaning up of damaged mitochondria

  • f. Reduced or Inhibited Autophagy - This is how we put the brakes on MTOR - it is the process of removing recycling and regenerating at the cellular level. It activates Surtuins, AMPK, increases NAD, and puts the brakes on MTOR.

How Do We Reverse the Clock? Our 5 Step Plan

1. Advanced Testing

2. Protect and Repair Cells

2. Protect and Repair Cells

We start by understanding where you are now through advanced testing that measures:

  • Genetic mutations affecting your methylation, inflammation, detoxification, hormone balance, cardiovascular health and brain health. This test will help determining your biological age and your susceptibility to chronic disease. This is the very first step we need to take.
  • Deficient cell nutrients like magnesium, calcium, iodine, and B vitamins for example,  inflammation, and oxidative stress.
  • Gut health, infections, and toxic burdens.

2. Protect and Repair Cells

2. Protect and Repair Cells

2. Protect and Repair Cells

  • There are specific modalities, IV's, therapies, supplements, etc., that can better control the mTOR gene, help activate Sirtuins, help initiate AMPK pathways, better control Autophagy, better control Apoptosis, better control Mitophagy, help increase Oxygen, NAD, Voltage, decrease acidity, and lengthen telemeres.

  • These are determined by individual testing and the plan is made accordingly.

3. Counteract Free Radicals

2. Protect and Repair Cells

3. Counteract Free Radicals

  • There are many antioxidants, however, we use specific testing to determine what you are low on, as well as most needed. No more guessing and potentially wasting money.

4. Address Inflammation

4. Address Inflammation

3. Counteract Free Radicals

  • Anti-inflammatory support includes dietary changes, supplements, Iv's, therapies, and modalities. We individualize these depending upon need. Some need a little, and some need a lot based  on lab testing of known causes of inflammation.

5. Fix Root Causes

4. Address Inflammation

5. Fix Root Causes

Address and resolve the triggers contributing to cellular damage, including:

  • Inefficient detox pathways, chronic infections, and hormone imbalances.
  • Epigentic Susceptibility and cell nutrient deficiencies
  • Environmental toxins, heavy metals, and EMF exposure.
  • Poor sleep quality, blood sugar imbalances, and gut dysfunction.
