Our Mission
With over 20 years in Functional Medicine, I have dedicated my career to helping patients uncover and address the root causes of chronic conditions, and the past seven years I’ve worked at one of America’s largest integrative cancer and wellness centers, refining my approach to provide deeply supportive, personalized care for a number of chronic conditions. I have had cancer myself, and lost my father to cancer. During that time, I realized the conventional-model is mostly focused on crisis care when dealing with these chronic illnesses, which is often very necessary as part of the solution. However, It is one chapter of a potential ten chapter book. In order to achieve the most optimal patient outcomes, as I've witnessed thousands of times in my personal and professional career, it should include looking at root causes to help heal from, or prevent, a chronic illness as well as a focus on changing the cellular environment, or the terrain, that made it conducive for the illness to develop. This is true healthcare, and my passion is to help change the face of healthcare for better patient outcomes. It is, in my opinion, an injustice this complete and integrative care is not the norm in every doctors office in America.
